Prof. Dr. Wolf is managing director at the Institute of Complementary Medicine at the University of Bern. She holds a FMH diploma in general internal medicine and anthroposophically extended medicine. Prof. Dr. Wolf has worked as a postdoctoral research associate in biomedical optics at the Dept. of Physics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA, one of the top ten universities for physics in the USA and 4 months as Visiting Scientist at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory at Tallahassee, Florida, USA. Within the Swiss Governmental „Program Evaluation Complementary Medicine” she was responsible for compiling Health Technology Assessments for several complementary medicinal disciplines. Her professional activities at the university include research, teaching and patient care. Her overall research aim is investigating and further developing complementary medicine with quantitative and qualitative state-of-the-art methods.
